We have two payment methods: 1. via Cash/Mada on delivery. 2. via Credit / Debit Card.

The source of chickens is our own farms in Al-Quwai’yah, near the capital, Riyadh.

The delivery time depends on the arrangement of the locations scheduled in the salesman route, noting that delivery starts at 12 PM and the official working days are from Saturday to Thursday.

For new customers, the offers are constantly changing, and for the latest updates, please visit the offers page on the app. As for the bronze category customers in the loyalty program, they have extra 5% discount on all orders, the silver category 7.5%, and the gold category 10%.

The chicken is fresh and slaughtered on same delivery day, and it will be delivered to you through our equipped vehicles which provided by the necessary cooling systems.

Chilled chicken products have a shelf life of 7 days. Ready-to-go products have a shelf life of 14 days. Frozen chicken products have a shelf life of one year from the date of production.

Delivery is currently available in (Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, and Khobar) and we are working hard to expand the delivery network.

For new customers: the minimum order is 50 riyals. There is a delivery fees for orders less than 150, with a value of 15 riyals, including VAT. As for orders 150 and above, delivery is free. For the customers of the bronze category in the loyalty program: the delivery is free for orders of 100 riyals or more. And the delivery is always free for the silver and gold customers.

All orders are verified before delivery, if there is a problem, we are sorry to hear that, and please contact customer service within a maximum period of 24 hours from receiving the order to work on solving the problem.

orders are delivered according to the schedule, and the express deliveries will be on the next day. As for normal orders, the order takes 2 working days.

Chickens are slaughtered in the Islamic manner in our factory, which is one of the most modern factories in the Kingdom.
