1. Refrigerated Shipping & Freshness Guarantee
All orders from Golden Poultry are shipped using refrigerated delivery methods that comply with industry standards and regulations, ensuring that the product arrives fresh and meets all health and safety requirements.
2. Shipping Date Selection
Customers can select the shipping date for their order based on availability. The application will assign the nearest available shipping date, ensuring timely delivery.
3. Freshness Commitment
Golden Poultry guarantees that the product will be delivered on the same day it is produced or slaughtered to ensure maximum freshness.
4. Delivery Process
On the delivery day, products will be delivered according to the delivery driver's route. The company ensures efficient logistics for timely delivery.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs may vary depending on the order value or available promotions on the application. Customers will be informed of the shipping charges before completing the order.
6. Changing Delivery Location
Customers can modify the delivery location before the order is shipped. Any such changes should be communicated promptly via the application or customer service.
7. Delivery Attempts
We value your cooperation and want to inform you that the maximum number of delivery attempts is two (2). If there is no response from the customer or an alternative delivery date is not scheduled, the order will be canceled, and the payment (if made) will be refunded.
8. Expected Delivery Time
The expected delivery time for orders is between one (1) to four (4) working days, depending on the customer's location and the availability of delivery slots.
9. Order Cancellation Due to Customer Refusal
If the customer refuses to accept all or part of the order upon delivery, the order may be canceled.
10. Delivery Representative's Role
The delivery representative is not authorized to modify the order or change the delivery location. For any changes or issues with the order, customers should contact customer service directly.
11. Order Status Notifications
The customer will be notified about the status of their order through one of the available communication channels. The delivery representative will also contact the customer on the same day as the scheduled delivery to confirm the address and ensure the customer is available for receipt.
12. Additional Shipping Charges
If there is repeated non-responsiveness from the customer or failure to coordinate for delivery, the customer will bear any additional shipping charges incurred due to these delays.
