  • 1 whole chicken cut in halves
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 ½ teaspoon sweet paprika (or 2 teaspoons if using only sweet paprika)
  • ¼ teaspoon hot paprika
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • Some black pepper
  • Steps 1

    Mix the oil and all the spices
  • Steps 2

    Brush the chicken halves on all sides with the oil mixtures
  • Steps 3

    Place the chicken halves in a baking tray and bake it at 180 c for 45 minutes
  • Steps 4

    Serve it with mash potato or rice
