Juicy Stove Top Chicken Thigh

  • 6 boneless skinless chicken thighs (you can also use chicken breasts)from Golden chicken
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder, garlic powder, teaspoon chili powder salt and fresh ground pepper
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • fresh chopped parsley for garnish
  • Steps 1

    Season chicken thighs with onion powder, garlic powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Steps 2

    Add chicken thighs to the skillet, smooth side down; cook for 5 minutes.Flip and continue to cook for 6 to 7 minutes.
  • Steps 3

    Add butter and minced garlic; cook for about 30 seconds or until fragrant.
  • Steps 4

    Add chicken broth and stir around to scrape up all the crispy bits on the bottom of the pan.
  • Steps 5

    Continue to cook for 1 minute. Remove from heat. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley and serve it with rice
